MS Slugfest 2015 is this Saturday, August 8!

Captain's Meetings
To be prepared for MS Slugfest, we ask captains to attend a meeting ahead of time to receive folders with information (e.g., roster, bracket, waivers, general info, rules, etc.) and to address any questions that you may have.
North Side Meeting:
- Finley Dunne's (3458 N Lincoln Ave., Chicago, IL 60657) on Wednesday, August 5, at 7 p.m.
South Side Meeting:
- Lawlor's Bar (3636 W 111th St., Chicago, IL 60655) on Thursday, August 6, at 7 p.m.
When & Where
MS Slugfest takes place Saturday, August 8, in Mt. Greenwood Park, 3721 W. 111th St., in Chicago. Registration and a continental breakfast begin at 7:30 a.m., and parking is free.

Schedule of Events
After registration, play begins at 9 a.m. and continues all day, with our championship game set for 5 p.m. and a trophy presentation at 6 p.m. After the tournament, join us at Lawlor's Bar for a post event celebration. *CASH ONLY for raffle.

Game Day Downloads
- Bracket: Know when it’s time for your team to hit the field!
- Scorecard: Keep score with this convenient softball scorecard.
- Roster Form: At registration, team captains will need to submit a team roster with the names, contact information and t-shirt size of each player. Download the roster form, fill it out and bring it with you on Saturday.
- Waiver Form: Every player must sign a waiver to play. Waivers will be available at registration, but you can also download a waiver form, fill it out and bring it with you on Saturday.
